Comment “PODCAST” and I’ll send you the link to this week’s podcast: Righteous, Holy, & WholeπŸŽ™οΈ There is a close connection between repentance and knowing who Jesus says we are. To be born again means we are a people of repentance. And when we realize who we are in Christ, the natural response will be, “Lord, forgive me, I’ve acted out of alignment with who You say I am.” Repentance renews our mind so we think and act in a ways that agree with what God says about us. Repentance is a treasure for anyone who lives Jesus and desires to walk in His ways. ——— πŸŽ™οΈ To hear more on this topic, listen to this week’s podcast - Episode 007 - Righteous, Holy, and Whole (link in bio or on NeilBroere.com/podcast) πŸ“• For a deep dive on this topic, pick up a copy of my booklet, “Righteous, Holy, & Whole,” available on my website - NeilBroere.com ✌️
Is Jesus the Savior? Absolutely. Is He King? Of course. But you can serve Him as Savior and still sit on the throne of your own heart. However, when Jesus is King of your life, every inferior authority has to bow. To put it an another way: you can’t cling to Him as King without being saved by His death and resurrection…but you can cling to Him as Savior and not serve Him as King 😳 πŸ”₯Make this declaration your own, “I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live but Christ who lives in me. And this life that I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the One who loved me and gave Himself for me” (Galatians 2:20)πŸ”₯ ——— πŸ“£ For more content like this, sign up on my website for my weekly email, BETWEEN SUNDAYS. πŸŽ™οΈAlso, subscribe to BETWEEN SUNDAYS | The Podcast on YouTube and all major podcast platforms. πŸ›œ For more resources, visit NeilBroere.com (link in bio) ✌️
While every other religion sits on the shore watching humanity drown, Jesus plunges Himself into the water in a daring rescue mission πŸ›Ÿ God knew there was nothing man could do to save Himself, so He wrapped Himself in flesh and brought salvation to us. God DEMONSTRATES His love for us in that while we were dead in our sins, Christ died for us πŸ™Œ ——— πŸ“£ For more content like this, sign up on my website for my weekly email, BETWEEN SUNDAYS. πŸŽ™οΈAlso, subscribe to BETWEEN SUNDAYS | The Podcast on YouTube and all major podcast platforms. πŸ›œ For more resources, visit NeilBroere.com (link in bio) ✌️
We use time to measure whether our prayers worked. God uses time to see if faith is still present. When we’ve prayed and believed but nothing is changing around us, we have to remember that truth has no expiration date. Either God is who He says He is or we fall flat on our faces. And for those with faith to hit their knees again and continue to believe, He WILL show Himself faithful πŸ™ ——— πŸ“• This is an excerpt from my first book, “Obedience, Suffering, & Reward: Discovering God’s Redemptive Beauty in the Struggle” - available on my website (NeilBroere.com) and worldwide on Amazon πŸ“£ For more content like this, sign up on my website for my weekly email, BETWEEN SUNDAYS. πŸŽ™οΈAlso, subscribe to BETWEEN SUNDAYS | The Podcast on YouTube and all major podcast platforms. πŸ›œ For more resources, visit NeilBroere.com (link in bio) ✌️
